Jamita E. Swearengen is the best candidate for the Shelby County Court Clerk's office. With her proven leadership in being the chairwoman of the Memphis city council, she is a boots on the ground leader who cared for her community. She brings a love for the city of Memphis that is unmatched being the daughter of the honorable James E. Swearengen and retired educator Mrs. Hattie Swearengen Tuggle.
